If they are to be used as cheapo advertising or other type of giveaways then save some money but don’t forget they still need to be attractive to the wearer or your advertising budget spent on printed T-shirts will have been wasted.

Save by using generic graphics and type styles and nix the colors saving the extra monies from that for a better quality shirt. Keep your design principals intact but look for the cheapest of the best not the worst of the cheap in material and shirt producers.
